Do I need a special driver’s license to tow your RVs?
No! All of our rental units can be towed with a standard driver’s license. However, you must be at least 25 years old and have a valid insurance policy. We’ll provide a full “safety hitch-up” walkthrough before you leave our lot.
What do I need to tow these?
- For the 2022 Coachmen Clipper: Most mid-sized SUVs and crossovers with a factory tow package can handle this lightweight adventurer.
- For the Enlighten, Wildwood, and Salem: You will typically need a half-ton truck (like an F-150, RAM 1500, or Silverado) or a large SUV equipped with a brake controller and a Class III/IV hitch.

Are your RVs "Pet Friendly"?
We love furry co-pilots! We have specific units designated as pet-friendly so the whole family can come along. A small additional cleaning fee applies to ensure the rig stays fresh for the next explorer.
What time is Pick-up and Drop-off?
Standard pick-up is at 2pm and drop-off is by 11am. This gives our team enough time to professionally deep-clean and sanitize the unit between rentals.
Do I need to empty the waste tanks before returning?
We ask that you return the RV with the black and gray water tanks emptied. If you’d rather skip the “dirty work,” we offer a Pre-Paid Dump Service for a small fee—just let us know at checkout!
Is there a generator included?
Our larger units (like the 2025 Enlighten) are optimized for shore-power hookups at campgrounds. If you are planning on “dry camping” (no hookups), please let us know so we can discuss power options or portable generator rentals.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know plans change! You can cancel up to 10 days before your trip for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within the 3 day window may be subject to a fee.
