Effective Date: April 2026

Age: All renters and authorized drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
Identification: A valid government-issued driver’s license and a major credit card in the renter’s name must be presented at the time of pick-up.
Background: GR Motor Sales reserves the right to run a DMV driving record check. Any history of DUI/DWI or major moving violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all rentals. This deposit covers interior damage, missing equipment, or late fees not covered by insurance.
Cancellation Policy: * 30+ Days Notice: Full refund of the reservation deposit.
- 14–29 Days Notice: 50% refund of the reservation deposit.
- Less than 14 Days: No refund will be issued.
No-Shows: Failure to pick up the RV within 4 hours of the scheduled time without notice will be considered a “No-Show,” and the entire rental fee will be forfeited.

Primary Coverage: The Renter is responsible for providing proof of insurance or purchasing the provided daily insurance binder.
Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GR Motor Sales from any and all claims, liability, costs, and attorney fees resulting from the use or operation of the RV during the rental period.
Loss of Use: If the RV is damaged and cannot be rented to future customers while under repair, the Renter may be held liable for “Loss of Use” fees equal to the daily rental rate for each day the vehicle is out of service.

Towing: Towing anything behind the rental RV is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by GR Motor Sales.
Prohibited Areas: Travel on unpaved “logging” roads, non-public trails, or into Mexico is strictly prohibited.
Roof Access: For safety reasons, Renters are strictly prohibited from climbing on the roof of the RV. Any evidence of roof access will result in a full forfeiture of the security deposit for inspection fees.
Smoking/Vaping: All units are 100% Smoke-Free. A $500 cleaning and ozonation fee will be charged if any smoke odor is detected upon return.

Cleanliness: RVs must be returned with the interior in the same condition as picked up. A $150+ deep cleaning fee will be applied for excessively dirty units.
Waste Tanks: Black and Gray water tanks must be emptied before return. Failure to do so will result in a $[Insert Amount, e.g., $75] dump fee.
Late Returns: Late returns are charged at $50 per hour. Returns more than 3 hours late without prior approval will be charged a full additional day’s rental rate.

Minor Repairs: Repairs under $100 do not require authorization and will be reimbursed upon presentation of a receipt.
Major Repairs: Any repair over $100 requires immediate phone authorization from GR Motor Sales.
Roadside Assistance: While we maintain our fleet to the highest standards, mechanical failures can happen. GR Motor Sales is not responsible for “Trip Interruption” costs (hotels, meals) due to mechanical breakdown.
